Yeah I support the idea that the USSR degenerated from a genuine proletarian dictatorship (so I guess that I'm a supporter of the theory to an extent) but the idea is remained a dws until its demise is absurd to me. But thanks for the info Q.

I've applied to join the CWI, not that I don't have my theoretical differences with them, but out of the parties available in my country, they were the closest to myself. The main thing that I was worried about was my position on the DWS theory being unacceptable.

How difficult is it in the CWI to hold some of the views you do? Is there a pressure put on you, to reject your convictions and toe a party line?
