Hi thanks for your civilized responses in the Palingenisis thread. I don't want to derail the thread either so I'll answer a couple of your points here. Of course I agree that a proven troll should not have any say in the running of Revleft which is why I said we all have a responsibility to each other if someone fails to meet that responsibility obviously they should be restricted. I'm not asking for complete democracy of course it would be great just completely infeasible.

I think having a CU forum is great but unless Im being completely blind I cant see it Perhaps it should be visible to everyone but then again there may be reasons that this would be impossible that I am unaware of I think mods and admins should be able to debate in private for security reasons but I don't see anything wrong with seeing the results of their votes whether something passes with a unanimous vote or by one vote could be quite illuminating I also have no problems as a non CU with not having a vote in decisions made but perhaps we should be able to take part in the debates.


Obviously I am very uninformed about the inner workings of the forum which really is the problem. My opinions are just based on impressions and speculation.

We should probably continue this in a new thread but could you answer one question for me, what are the qualifications for being a CU? I used to think it was members over 1000 posts but I see some members have that and are not CU's

Alright, cause I planned on nominating you once the nomination thread is up. Wanted to avoid that awkward moment when after a nominee has like ten people behind them they come in and say they don't want to do it. Which is a good thing cause I can't think of anyone who would be good for it otherwise (baring Amon who already has a forum).

Also, never had heard of The Concretes before, been listening to them for a good 20 minutes now, love it. Thanks for pointing them out, Sammy. I'll definitely check out the album.
