In many European countries, the age of consent is 14. Including Germany, Portugal and throughout the Balkans and Baltics. In Spain it's 13.

Since you're only capable of thinking in the binary, yes, I think a 14 year old is capable of consenting to sex with someone, just like many other societies think so too. But that's not addressing the issues. The situation isn't binary and the answer is just dependent on a yes or no answer. For a start you don't think a 14 year old is able to consent. You also think manipulation equals rape, or at least that's the impression. That's a whole range of complicated issues that you seem incapable of addressing.
