If you're interested in more depressive, doomy stuff, check out Forgotten Tomb! I only discovered them recently even though their one of the oldest and best black/doom metal bands from Italy, absolutely perfect music when you're in a dark mood...

I do. There are a lot of great black metal albums worth listening to. I'd recommend all the early Gorgoroth albums (Pentagram, Antichrist and Under the Sign of Hell) Darkthrone's A Blaze In the Northern Sky, Mayhem's De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, Burzum's From the Depth of Darkness, Immortal's At the Heart of Winter and Emperor's Anthems to the Welkin At Dusk. They are the best when it comes to classic, grim norwegian black metal
