Anyway, What we saw at Occupy events is what has motivated some of us to get on socialist sites with a strong message critical of the left gaurdians and the Democrat party. Another party, even a labor party, would have the same effect as the Democrat party. Our efforts would simply be dissolved, so to speak, with usless efforts to get this or that person elected, to have this or that reform voted in. I think as socialists (especially in time of a capitalist crisis) our energy should 100% be focused on ending capitalism not voting to make it better. People will call this "extreemism" so ya, I guess what we need now is extreemism. Even Debs and the socialist party in America, in my opinion, had a sort of disempowering effect on workers. We need revolutionaries in America not votes We need to spend our time explaining why capitalism MUST GO not advocating for policies to make capitalism better.

People need to see the system and fight to end it with the same urgency people work to get this or that person elected. We need millions of angry workers with no more illusions that a vote for this or that person will make capitalism work for them. At the end of the day this was the message at Occupy. A message of refom via the Democrat Party. No thanks
