In fact, i think he does admit to TFRP. He writes on page 132 of his book Companion to Capital "In Volume III, Marx seeks to show that this is one of the mechanisms that drives capitalism into periodic crises of falling rates of profit. I cannot elaborate on this here any more than Marx can, so all i want to emphasize at this point is that you should carefully note the distinction between the rate of profit and the rate of exploitation".
I think this might be a hint that he does not dismiss the FRP, i can't say much more on that yet.

I am not sure if he denies TFRP because i have not yet gotten around to read his Limits to Capital, i know that many marxists don't acknowledge it. But it is really just simple logic and i and many others have shown empirical proof of it. I recommend his lectures yes.
