Yea I sympathise with Bordiga, and am tending to agree with bordigists on more and more issues but I'm not really familiar enough with his works to identify as a bordigist. I plan on reading more of his works though, and I figured joining the tendency group and literati might help with that.

It should never have had its Baathist revolution. It should have had TWCS straight-up. Within Baathism, the "best" chance was a left turn before Assad the elder's coup ousted the more "leftist" Baathists. As for today, I don't know Syrian demographics in sufficient detail to make conclusions.

I'm assuming you already watched comrade Macnair's rather long online video on the topic, so other than my quipe about its length, I should say it was informative. That snippet I quoted about peasant politics, personality cults in reference to Saddam Hussein and Robert Mugabe, etc. came straight from that video.

In the Bordiga Literati group, you should delete either "Characteristic Theses of the Party" or "Fundamental Theses of the Party." I just realized they are actually the same text lol.
