Thanks for the article very interesting. While it does raise good points I'm a little skeptical of the whole "we shouldn't waste time on raising consciousness" type of view because like I've said in the thread, if Americans can go through the Great Depression only to still have faith in capitalism I don't know how much the working class is willing to endure. Conditioning and miseducation are very powerful, once again I can see someone like FDR come along and repeat history, thus weakening revolutionary potential. What do you agree and disagree with it?
Yes, I'll do it as soon as get back to Florida where I have a computer. I'm in New York using an iPhone right now.
Oh, apology accepted. Think of it no further.
Thx. Sometimes even if you wanna be serious you can't replay serious on some shit
Thanks for the compliment. Last week I almost got into a physical confrontation with a Ron Paul supporter. I was at my local Occupy demo (in a relatively small city). There was a light turn out. There were about 2o Paulistas present and they tried to take over the demo. I was standing by myself w/my sign "Put Banks Under Public Ownership" and "Wall St Has 2 Parties, We Need One Too". A Paul guy came up to me w/his sign "Ron Paul Revolution" as if to give the impression I was one of them. I was pissed. He tried to "engage" me. I told him that laissez faire capitalism has never existed and is impossible, the state has always intervened from the early Industrial Rev to the present(canals, railroads, etc) I told him about the youtube video. the guy didn't believe me. It got heated and turned into a yelling match. I left after a half hour. Usually we are good at driving those people away!

Yeah she is but it's a shitty relationship I would leave if I could support myself and my daughter. Marrying her would make the whole thing that much worse and I think I might wait it out. This whole thing might just be an emotional reaction to getting fired but I dont think I'd get PTSD I mean I've seen people die and shit and been in sketchy situations. I don't know trying to find a new job or joining the army would both suck, I guess at least I could have access to good medical care and benefits if I was in the Army.
We have to get fun out of what we do somehow.
