China or india dosnt really depend on outsourcing for his own developement, has a matter of fact, outsourcing created most of the problem those countries have right now.

I have been asking around for a while in my province and believe me, what 95% of the ''first'' world want is better wages in china and bringing back production at home in canada. Bring it back production dosnt necessarly mean more shit for the third world worker tho, it only mean that in order to live better they will have to go after those greedy motherfucker sucking the ressource and wealth out of them. Its basicly the same thing for the ''first'' world has well.

The working class is not a monolithic unit though. It's varied group of people with sometimes common, sometimes competing interests. The real way to resolve the contradiction between the situation of comparatively wealthy workers in the West and comparatively poor workers in the third world isn't to explain it away as unimportant, but to actually change it. There can't be any sort of economic justice when a worker in the US makes double, five times, ten times or even twenty times what a worker in another country would make for the exact same work.

Its a gross oversimplification of what is the ''first'' world condition vs third world conditions.

We are not the only one to be distracted, third world folks have leisure time has well, National religious festivities, some help now and then from the state.

Granted they dont have the time or ressources to have has much leisure has we do, but the governements over there understand the dynamic well enough to keep them in check, just like our governement does.

So no, third world dosnt have the seniority on world revolution.

and all this talk is only further dividing the working class worldwide, pitching us again them, just like the governement want it.

You want to really contribute to world revolution? break those barriers.

Most of the third worldist critique is about consumption based on the LTV though. I've spent the better part of my life working shitty jobs and I realize my boss makes money off me as well, but the difference between me and a third world sweatshop worker is that when it's over I get to go home and have a decent meal, drink a few beers and post here rather than having a bowl of rice and watching my kids die of dysentery.

''first'' world are people too you know, and we are exploited has well.
I can definitively tell you that all my bosses so far where rich son of *****es, and not beccause they where eating third world babies.
