Could be, I know a good amount about the French Revolution but I don't know if I'm comfortable with my level of knowledge to start a group on the subject... sounds like something I might endeavor to do in the future though, who knows.

Of course! How could you tell...? Even though it wasn't a Socialist Revolution, it's fundamental ideas where the same - all men are equal, a few should not hold all the power, everyman has the right to work for a decent living for his family, etc. Plus I've always loved Thomas Paine and especially Marat because of his radicalism at the time. I got into it originally because most of my heritage is French, so it seemed appropriate. No? lol
