The LA GMB is very active. We meet once a month at the Southern California Library for Social Research on the last Saturday of the month. We have one organized job branch, the Angel City Messengers Union for bicycle messengers.

There are two fellow workers who live in OC so you may be able to car pool with them if you want to come to meetings. If you want contact info for the GMB (General Membership Branch) I'll be happy to give it to you.
