Doesn't de leonism advocate party along with union? Tbh most people who describe themselves as marxists i come across are MLs or trots. I wouldn't consider either allies especially from how i've seen them behave but I read too much Marx to dislike marxism generally.

I've not come across something better tbh. An explicitly revolutionary workplace-community (to erode the 'political-economic' dichotomy) union organised in a way so as to suppress the development of representative functions seems to me to be the best method of developing a communist movement.
