And when we refer to authoritarianism, we refer to states. That revolution = authoritarian logic is technically correct but it would not necessarily reflect the nature of a post-revolutionary society.

When that guy made the group, he implied that orthodox Marxism and the Leninist offshoots were authoritarian by nature. So by "ex-authoritarian" he meant that you should join the group if you were once an orthodox Marxist or of a Leninist variety and were now a Council Communist or Anarchist of any sort.

A workers' state actually requires that the workers be in charge, that's THE WHOLE GODDAMN POINT OF COMMUNISM. Well, they came to power in coups d'etats (NOT REAL REVOLUTIONS) organized by the USSR. Enver Hoxha only was a puppet during Stalin's regime. Yes, the Khrushchev regime was revisionist, but only because for all their talk of de-Stalinization, they refused to return Soviet power and used Stalinist methods. Hoxha probably went against the USSR because Khrushchev was denouncing the person who gave him his goddamn career. I'm not interested in debating history, YOU'RE the one who needs to learn it better, not me.
