Some close comrades of mine from the COMAC (Youth of the Workers Party of Belgium) were present at your congres in 2003 and attended a international youthbrigade organized by the HCMCYU to learn more about the political system of Vietnam

We do not have many members coming from the developing world, let alone countries that claim to be socialist (I hope you'll forgive me for expressing in this way my probably uninformed opinion about your country's economic system).
