It's a marxist-leninist party. It's sort of anti-revisionist, but not isolationist and dogmatic like many maoist or hoxhaist groups. It participates in the international communist seminar, along with the Workers Party of Belgium, the Communist Party of Greece, the CPs of Vietnam and Cuba, etc.

Well I'm not proud of the Republic. The politics are shit, and they've gone all jolly about the free market since they joined the EU and the whole celtic tiger bollocks.

Ireland is beautiful though, as a country, and the people are great, especially in the West where everyone I know is. Absolutely amazing place. Shit politics still. I couldnt tell the difference between the big two. And of course, the countries not complete.
