Ya im suprised it hasn't happened already. If they can give the 32's this kind of abuse down here(where i imagine the RIRA is tiny), they'll destroy them up north. He was at the commemoration anyways. If he had 32csm type beliefs the whole time, then im glad hes no longer with the RSYM.

Thanks. The bibliography in my link has a few works related to the origins of the USSR but I keep meaning to add a few on the mature Soviet Union. Some of the latter would be Fitzpatrick's Everyday Stalinism and Beyond Totalitarianism (editor). Davies works I did mention in that thread but Nove and Ellman also have very good, if ugly, books on the economics of the command economy. Moshe Lewin certainly isn't for everybody but I found his Soviet Century and The Makings of the Stalinist System to be good reads

I think there was a good enough turn out alrite, statement was good anyways! i passed the 32csm one in cork and ive never seen so many undercover shades in my life! not sure on where they stayed or that as i was only briefly talking to them since monday! oh ya Martin seems sound, was talking to him on the phone before.
