So as not to clutter up the thread with nonsense (the What's On Your Mind one), was that ever something he put down as a certainty at any point in his lifetime, or near after that?

Last night I went to another bar, this one is kind of a dive, but it has a back area where you can smoke weed if you want, so I pretty much kept back there, getting smoked out & smoking people out. The staff of the bar sometimes wanders back there and smokes up too, haha. "YOU GUYS ARE BUSTED! Just kidding, lemme hit that shit." You used to be able to smoke weed in the actual bar itself, but some Dudley doo rights complained and so you can't do that anymore.

I love the amount of eccentrics around there. They have a computer in there with a good internet connection and I was bored so I played a bunch of riot porn videos on it from the middle east and Europe, and actually had a really interesting conversation with a couple off-duty Army guys about it.


I wish I lived in a community like that. Keep on living dude.

Yes, I am very aware. Most of my work revolves around solitary confinement and over incarceration in this state. This happens often and is nothing new. It's because small amounts of marijuana is a part of the 3 strikes your out formula, as is several other nonviolent crimes. We attempted to change that provision to remove small amounts from the formula and got through the house, but when it got to the state senate, those assholes scratched their hairy balls, and blurted out something to the effect, "We ain't gonna send out a message to criminals they can come here and break the law." Yes, I am very tired.
