Oh the "Christmas tree bombing" guy? Yeah, seems like they target someone who's pissed or not all there in the head, give him a bunch of bombs and ask him what he wants to blow up... then they say, "phew, look what we prevented, more funding please!" I remember reading that some other guy who got the same treatment read about the "X-mas tree plot" (lol) in the newspapers and thought, "hey, a bunch of strangers offered him bombs just like a group of strangers did to me... well good thing my strangers obviously aren't FBI... d'oh!"
