I must disagree with you on China, and I don't know too much about Vietnam.
Korea fits the description- nationalised, planned economy, just needs workers control and it will be on the path to a DotP.

Logan was the chairman of the New Zealand Spartacist organisation; eventually he was accused of abusing members and expelled from the ICL. Then he was picked up by the International Bolshevik Tendency, a split from the Spartacists, and given the recent split in the IBT, resulting in Revolutionary Regroupment being formed, it seems that he's back to his old methods. A shady character, somewhat like Healy.

And yes, there is an enormous number of tendencies. I honestly still can't tell the difference between the Morenists and the Lambertists, for example.
