I consider myself a Democratic Socialist. I believe that workers and citizens should participate in direct democracy at the grassroots level, that worker cooperatives and communes are the realist interpretation of workers owning the "means of production", and that in different government types and societal levels that different methods for implementing Socialism are necessary. In the case of the United States, I believe Social Democracy is the best route towards Socialism. I believe the entirety of the Left should unite to oppose capitalism instead of having minor sectarian fights concerning irrelevant differences.
