An occupation is most definitely a revolutionary situation. The oppressor is exposed. His wrath is clearly visible in the streets everyday in the form of occupying troops, bombings, massacres, etc. As well as the collaboration with the local bourgeoisie which is always the case in times of occupation. This is a moment when the enemy is exposed. To not take action is counterrevolutionary, defeatist, outright idiotic.
