It sounded like you thought kulaks still survived, and that the pamphlet somehow confirmed it beyond your wildest dreams, and that the USSR was a total failure.

The kulaks didn't survive. "Kulak" meant a rich peasant who exploited the labor of others.

You might be interested in knowing that Lenin supported "State Capitalism" as an economic system in Russia. I don't think this is helpful in reaching socialism
