Maoist-Third Worldists are basically a sect of internet trolls who hate crackers. People have speculated, though, that they are in fact crackers themselves. It's uncanny stuff. Their basic political line is that they have to wait for revolution in the third world, kind of like "reverse Trotskyism". They're probably a police plot. Think about it -- they're encouraging people to not fight for revolution because they're from the First World. Google "LLCO" or "Leading Light Communist Organization".
