And yeah, debt is a pretty normal thing to have I imagine. I'm only 19 and I've already accumulated a few thousand dollars of it in student loans myself, though I never really thought of it specifically as debt. I always preferred to view it as something looming far off in the distance, something to pay off in 3 or 5 years, but I suppose it counts as debt just as much as anything else.
