Point taken. I guess I should say I believe people should be free to believe whatever they want - but they shouldn't be free from criticism. I was criticizing religious communism as contradictory, not advocating the exclusion or marginalization of religious communists in a theoretical communist society - which I think is antithetical to communism. You might not like what I have to say, but that doesn't mean it's a threat to you.
I posted in the stickied thread, "Communism and Religion - Do they exclude each other?" And I voted "Yes - let them believe what they will". I'm not hostile to religion, or to religious people - or especially to religious communists, who are my comrades - I believe anyone should believe whatever they wish, totally free from oppression. I just think it's contradictory to be religious and communist.
