I think the term for someone who does not fall within the classic bourgeois gender norms would probably be "gender-bender" rather than gender-queer, as in someone who may "play around" with gender-bending sometimes but never actually let it be a part of their core identity.

Hi thanks for your interest. I think it is a bit more than that. Obviously it is a kind of like a spectrum where this is concerned, but I think to a significant extent it is a subjective identity, as in a person is not genderqueer unless he or she thinks that way. But I think objectively speaking generally a guy who is genderqueer for example would be a bit more than just "acting in feminine ways" to some extent. A lot of gay people act a bit "feminine" sometimes, but they are not genderqueer. Usually it would involve things such as cross-dressing, female sex roles and the use of feminine pronouns.
