Before you start talking about things you don't know about again, let me just clarify again: I'm neither a Stalinist nor a Maoist. Both made serious mistakes, but I favour Mao over Stalin due to Mao introducing elements of proletarian democracy during the Cultural Revolution. Mao's "personality cult" is indeed one of his problems, but having a "personality cult" doesn't imply being more authoritarian or anti-democratic. Stalin also had a "personality cult" even though it was not as significant. Trotsky I'd argue also has a "personality cult" to some extent around him but he is clearly pro-worker's democracy.

That's the strawman version of technocracy. Real Technocrats advocate self-management according to profession - I.E. scientists manage science, while labourers manage labouring, etc.

Anarcho-Communist Technocrats such as myself further modulate Technocracy and state that a Technocratic society should be arranged along anarcho-communist lines, I.E. no police, prisons or centralised armies. While the execution of technical activities should be the responsibility of those most qualified, they would not have the power to impose unpopular plans.
