Indeed, my family insists I should be over it by now and trying to be with other girls, but they also think I attach myself to those sexist norms all parents seem to think of their straight white child. As per what made our relationship go wrong. She stopped loving me after the first nine months and was too afraid to try to cut ties so she just stayed in the relationship with me blinded by my love for her. She just kept getting more and more abusive and negative and its taken its toll on me and I'm still rather suffering from it almost three months after our breakup. I hate her.
