If you want to have a discussion about why there is a social conservative (but fiscal liberal, or even socialist) tendecy in the black community then you should do that, but you should be mindful of the language you use, because you don't want to send the wrong message, yknow.

You know, if you're going to insist on continuing to troll me on my user profile, the least you could do is try to at least comprehend what I'm writing. You're making a big deal about African-Americans and how they vote when it's not exclusive to African-Americans to vote against the interests of other oppressed minorities. Should it be encouraged? No, of course not, it's a negative thing to do that in the long run, hurts their own interests because it shores up those of whites. But that doesn't mean it makes any fucking sense to go on and on about how blacks do it, as if this was in some way a black thing.

And furthermore, how the hell is this a surprise to you? If you knew anything about race and culture in America, you should have expected this. Just because whites benefit from ethnic tensions doesn't mean society works on a whites vs. everybody axis.

What you have is a very white understanding of race relations in this country, even to the point of going on and on about white guilt in the same way that conservatives do. You fail to appreciate the extent to which cultural minorities competing against each other, even to the point of collusion with bills like this, is a result of the tensions promoted by capitalist exploitation and scarcity of resources promoted by capitalism - It doesn't stem from a "black ignorance of civil rights" because this same behavior is exhibited by Jews, Arabs, Latinos, Asians, as well as whites themselves - and by singling out blacks and accusing them of ignorance you are essentially suggesting they are somehow specially ignorant for doing something that everyone else does. That's why you come off as clueless, and you're use of an ethnic slur like Polack and then saying you didn't know it was a slur doesn't exactly tip that perception in your favor.
