Actually, being in the city, it is difficult to say how is the revolutionary process is going on in the remote areas. But, at least I can say that there is a lot of support of the Maoists in the city area. In short, there are a lot of people who want to take arms, but the arms are in short supply.

We hold that the first world proletariat lives in a relatively better condition because the imperialist bourgeoisie can decrease the amount of oppression on them by making it up by plundering the third world. The first world proletariat is also misled by a large and powerful labor aristocracy that prevents a proletarian revolution in imperialism's lair.

The first revolutions are going to take place in the third world, which will cause imperialist capital to lose its markets and therefore intensify oppression in first world countries. This will lead to rapid development in objective conditions favouring revolution and the first-world proletariat will effectively be deluded with the labor aristocracy and finally stage revolutions to overthrow capitalism in its last strongholds.
