I know exactly how you feel. Theres a small group here on revleft who have nothing better to do than attempt to divide and conquer. Anyway, yes I did like a couple of ideas you had. We are in the process of a new software conversion, then new policy and procedures. Once these changes are made, some of the issues you brought to the table may be resolved then. Lets start a dialog once these changes are made and see if they have been resolved. Sound like a plan?

Oh and feel free to shoot ideas my or fuserg, Augusts or Plaguerounds way. I know I dont have all the answers and am always open to constructive criticism and ideas.
