Dude that's pretty much what Leninism/Trotskyism advocates as well. The main difference is the Leninist argument for the need of a vanguard party to help build class consciousness and direct the worker's movement. Contrary to what Stalinmaos say it's got nothing to do with seizing power 'for the workers'.

Sounds interesting. I can't say I'm really into subscribing to one ideology completely, but I like the ideas of Lenin, Trotsky and Luxemburg (even though that may seem contradictory at first).
