No. I am state cap. State cap was the official "line" of the IS, which I was a member of from its founding until 1977 (when I left for personal reasons). State cap has always made a lot of sense to me. And it answers most of the questions as to why the USSR and China went to private capitalism so easily and quickly. I don't thin that any other theory: degenerated workers state, bureaucratic collectivism, revisionism, answers the crucial questions.
