You were referring to the German Left having been historically against Bolshevism, and I was simply commenting that Luxemburg had critically supported the Bolshevik Revolution, not that Rosa Luxemburg was a Council Communist.

The inevitable goal of Bolshevism (Leninism) is to develop a transitional Socialist Society which is to lead towards the foundations of Communism, in this case-- A Vanguard Party would simply allow for Autonomous Communities to exist separate from a Workers State with a developing model of Socialism, in order to allow for the pavement that is to lead towards Communism.

Indeed, historically in a sense this has been the case. However, there have been exceptions to this in which even Rosa Luxemburg had offered her support towards the Bolshevik Movement and Lenin, albeit with criticism.

As previously said, they're not being reconciled... Anarchists and Council Communists would simply be allocated Autonomous Communities in order to build the foundations of Communism and implement a Classless and Stateless society whilst being protected by the Vanguard Party that had led forth the Revolution.

As said, more or less my view on Council Communism is that it much like Anarchism will be capable of existing in Autonomous Communities which shall be recognized by both the Workers State and the Vanguard Party that has led forth the creation of the Workers State.

More or less any potential Leninist Movement, should seek to offer Anarchists and Council Communists Autonomous Regions in order to continue to carry out their own Class Struggle and continue the transformation of society into Communism (Stateless and Classless) while Socialism is developed in the Workers State.

Whether or not they were opposed to Autonomous Communist Zones under the existence of Socialism led forth by a Vanguard Party at its own doesn't matter, however the Theory is what matters in this situation. Council Communists in their traditional sense viewed much like Anarchists, the Vanguard Party as being an authoritarian concept that would inherently repress them where as-- The Vanguard Party can easily lead to the allocation of land for Autonomous Communities for Anarchists and Council Communists in order to set the foundations of Communism in motion while the Worker's State exists.

1.) The Second Comment is referring to the existence of Two States with two different forms of development, one is to be 'fully' Communist and the other is to be controlled through a Traditional Worker's State under Socialism. IE: As said before a People's Athens and People's Sparta.
The other is simply autonomous and the Vanguard in this situation seeks to protect them and be the spokesmen towards International Revolution.

More or less, I don't see the issue with allocating land towards those that will reject the Workers State as the Workers State will be the implementation of Socialism and those that are progressing in the Autonomous Zones, more or less-- Are building a working model of Communism.

Through the construction of two phases of a Revolution, the Vanguard Party is simply to lead to the construction of a Socialist Republic that is to push forward a programme of Democratic Centralism and a People's State that is to only be existent temporarily while it is required. While at the same time, Autonomous Zones are to exist under direct Workers Council Control through cooperation with Anarchists and others that will be protected by the Vanguard Party and People's State. More or less, the Worker's Sparta protects the People's Athens.
