Obviously I'd say we do a pretty good job, but then I'm obviously biased. I think we're pretty well organised - we do some stuff nationally, like bringing out Resistance (our newspaper) every month and Organise (our magazine) every six months, but then a lot of stuff is just done by local groups as well, f'r instance my group produces a local newssheet, was recently involved in helping open a squatted social centre, and have been involved in an anti-cuts campaign at the uni as well. And we visited the picket lines for a strike today, which was good.
The Greek anarchist movement is still way better than ours, tho.
