Your right about the price of universities now, the problem is I just don't know whats being done with those loans, thats whats really gonna decide what happens.

As far as green energy I doubt its gonna create a bubble, simply because of the type of comodity it is, its hard to speculate on, I mean people can bet on the price of energy, or they can buy stocks in it, but its not something you can really repackage and flip, like housing or morgages or laons, its really the same reason you won't get an oil bubble. If you really want to stop bubbles make laws requiring capital leverage and make all derivatives on the open market.
