(I'm not a DeLeonist, but I was once interested in it, and since anarchism seems to lack any theoretical vigor it seems better than anarcho-syndicalism).
It does advocate such, but that's not really a negative. You have to remember the conception of a party has changed over the years - in Marx and DeLeon's time, it was just a collective of like-minded individuals. DeLeonists don't believe in Leninist vanguardism, if that's what you mean.
There are other tendencies that have that though (i.e. Marxism-DeLeonism). I'm just wondering what you dislike about Marxism, since most anarchists do dislike it one way or the other.
Why are you an anarcho-syndicalist? Just curious.
