Well, our government, though it's conservative and shitty as hell luckily reacts very strict when it comes to nazi topics and condemns the nazi regime totally. For example most common "nazi goods", like swastika flags and "Mein Kampf" are forbidden here, that's why the NPD uses the flag of the German Empire under the Kaiser because if they would be seen with NS flags they would get into severe trouble. But it doesn't really stop anybody who wantsto get this stuff, you just have to go to, e.g. Italy, where you can buy swastika flags and "Mein Kampf" (and Hitler action figures...) almost everywhere without any problems and dozens of nazi sites offer "Mein Kampf" as free pdf download.

The NPD is shockingly open about their policies but they call themselves "National Democrats" (ha-ha-ha) and therefore they can not be declared illegal, only parties who are openly against the constitution and want to eliminate democracy can be banned here.

Oh, too long, here's part two:

It is unbelievable disgusting to listen to their lies about WWII, hear them cry for the "innocent victims of Dresden who were brutally bombed and slain by those who forced war upon the peace loving people of Germany, simply out of jealousy" and slogans like "Jobs only for Germans" and "We tidy up" (a slogan on a poster where white sheep kick out a black one). It's a shame and unbelievable to me why such a party is allowed to carry on! But the worst is that they were elected into state parliament in two federal states and here you need more then 5% of the votes to enter any parliament! Hopefully they will collapse soon, their debts are epic, the only good thing about them! Thanks for your soldarity, we will fight on till they are gone!
