Typically, MTWist view the Blacks as an oppressed nation, albeit on which is made up mostly of petty-exploiters (in the same sense that all FW workers are net exploiters).

Most MTWists hold a line which advocates forging links with internally oppressed nations as part of the global revolutionary struggle against imperialism. Much of this is because MTWists belive that the FW must be completely destroyed, and one way of acomplishing this is through dividing up FW countries along national line, in cooperation with the Joint Dictaorship of Exploited Nations. Simply put, this means that MTWists want to 'balkanize' Amerika, in part by creating national territories for reproletarized internally oppressed nations.

That said, MTWist recognize that specifically for Blacks, The trend is towards bourgeoisifcation, as part of a class movement, and not at this moment proletarization.
