Well that stuff in TNS was written in the late 80s after we had been studying first Bettleheim in the early 70s and then Bordiga in the mid 70s so that we were fairly skeptical of the inadequacy of these analyses to actually answer practical questions

Season's Greetings! FYI, just a week or so ago I finally read the TNS chapter on property relations. After that, I'm finally convinced that the bulk of "State-Capitalist!" assertions by Paresh Chattopadhyay and other Marxist-Humanists, by left-com/ultra-left (action) abstentionist (programmatic) maximalists, and so on don't hold much water. In some cases you made the exact same criticisms as they did, but illustrated things which they dismissed.

sorry have not looked at these in ages. To New Socialist, I was a student along with Hodgson years back at which time he was a marxist. Now he is an evoloutionary economist, not sure what that really means.
