Those are exactly the reasons why I try to stay away from religion(i'm atheist). On my facebook profile it even says "Religion causes conflict". lol It's so true though! They're like "My god is better than your god so your religion is incorrect". So much of history is based around religious struggle(crusades, holocaust, etc.).

Nice! I'm in my final year of highschool too. Are you reading the Koran because you're Muslim or just because you felt like it? lol Yea, I need to get going on some more political reading myself. I told what was on my list so it might take me awhile, but school keeps me so busy.

Anyway, I have started reading the Transitional Program by Trotsky and plan on moving into The Revolution Betrayed by him as well. I have a whole line up of stuff I want to read: State and Revolution by Lenin, Das Kapital by Marx, and The Revolution Betrayed by Trotsky.

Ok sounds like a plan man.
