its dead in the water mate i dont think it would be viable to save, i have instigated a new economic treaty to replace the Pact,

and have offered Ukraine federal status of the USSF which i expect to be declined and also protection and federal status to Moldovia,

next turn when we see what has happened to the Pact we can try to reinvest in a new communist block with China and Yugoslavia et al

i have already submitted it however if you make a plan for what investments you would make, then it shall be done, the Warsaw Pact is about to dissolve and so we will have some funds next turn it we take investments from these nations and concentrate on others China will be a major player obviously
