Hey, I was wondering if you could try to find the time to respond my comments to you in this thread. I've got a growing interest in unionism, but I'm not well aware of a number of things. I'd appreciate your response.

Hopefully my being pedantic in not-so-public ways makes things clearer for you about how I came to where I am on the topic.

Any anarcho-syndicalist writers you would suggest for a beginner?

because the capitalist class has a monopoly over ownership of the means of production, workers are forced to work for the capitalists, and are forced to work under the direction and control of a managerial bureaucracy that the capitalists create. so it is forced subordination due to this being the only available way to obtain money to buy the commodities the capitalists sell. due to their class monopoly, the capitalists can force down remuneration levels to enable them to make a profit. thus "wage-slavery" has a number of parts: capitalist monopoly of ownership of means of production, being forced to work for them, being forced to subordinate yourself to their overseers, the things we need are obtainable only via wages to buy commodities the capitalists produce.

How would you define the concept of wage slavery? I've recently seen it pop-up in a lot of places, and I figured you would be able help.
