The more I read, the more I've come to realize that you are right in that strategy is paramount. Though the likes of the left coms are thought to be the most advanced theoretically, the truth is that the Stalinists and Trotskyists are much closer(though still far off the mark) of being where they should be strategically.

There are certainly some valuable things which can be learned from going back and examining Lassalle, who curiously seems to be a forgotten figure today. It seems like after October 1917, several indispensable figures and their contributions have been forgotten and left by the wayside..

Actually it's just Sid Caesar.. a rather poor joke. It's a placeholder until I think of something better.

I can't find the links to the original discussions on the topic. I wanted to post it in there.

I was looking for the CPGB's video on sectarianism to link, which seemed particularly salient, but I can't seem to find it.

"A new centrist project does not have to repeat these mistakes. Nobody in this topic is advocating a carbon copy of the Second International (which again was only partly centrist)." (Tjis, class-struggle anarchist)

"A centrist strategy is based on patience, and building a movement or party or party-movement through deploying various instruments, which I think should include: workplace organising, housing struggles [...] and social services [...] and a range of other activities such as sports and culture. These are recruitment and retention tools that allow for a platform for political education." (Tim Cornelis, left-communist)
