The information is to be found in a pamphlet published in 1945 by the Russia Today Society (London) called "Soviet Millionaires", written by Reg Bishop, a supporter of the Soviet regime.

Your post changed into something being a rant against the Soviet Union,however,while our views on the economical nature of the CCCP are diametrically different,i will still ask you a question: (Not really related to the main topic,but still) - Who were these Soviet billionaries?

I've invited a few of advocates of the idea that the Soviet Union was not capitalist(but not socialist either) to a discussion I started a few days ago. They haven't responded yet, but I would appreciate your views on this subject once the Trotskyists have had a chance to chip in.

Ah, I see on your political statement that you are an anarcho-communist. You have a really good grasp on economics, do you have any economic texts you could recommend from an anarchist perspective? So far I haven't been a fan of the 19th century stuff like Proudhon.

Awesome to see someone willing to butt heads with the Leninists, I would be willing to make more in depth arguments against them, but oftentimes it seems it falls on deaf ears.
