While I never fully agree with your ideas, I always find your posts (particularly the last one in the "Do any of you actually support al-qaida/taliban") to be very knowledgeable, valid (in its framework), and difficult to be argued with. If the majority of the means of production is collectively - mostly publicly - owned then it doesn't matter if there is still some capitalist enterprises left. It can still be constituted as being Socialist.

Also, you state that those of the CPC are billionaire private industrialists, though I've seen no evidence to this, for the CPC is within the millions.

And when it comes to European states & Canada, I would solely disagree, because the majority of the means of production in these countries were still privately owned - meaning the working class was still being exploited for their labor. As long as the means of production is publicly owned - not privately owned - collectively between the workers or through the State, then we can safely constitute it as being Socialist.
