Over 50's of China's economy are State owned enterprises controlled by the State, which is controlled by the CPC, which is controlled by the workers. The CPC have shown time & again how they operate on the interests of the workers (mostly), especially when the workers strike against the privatization present within the SEZ's:

Though, the majority of the means of production is not privately owned in China. How could one constitute China-today as being capitalist if, what I've stated, is true? And yes, I'm a Maoist, though I have other developing ideals past Maoism.

Given your analysis on Cuba, & showing a clear understanding of the "special economic zones" present in China, would you say that China is still socialist, though is increasingly on the road to capitalism?
