You say you are Ex-APL. Why did you quit? From several former members I have heard quite a few bewildering stories about time within the group.

Aye. I'm four days in to the best job I've ever had. It's only a few month's contract, but I should be able to pay a good five-or-six months rent ahead of time (er, my rent is under $200 'cos I live in a foyer, but, y'know . . .). Anyway, exciting times in Montreal. Any resonance of Quebec struggles out West? Did Aveos workers out there engage in anything militant liek they have in these parts?

How was yours? Last year around this time I was on a month-long off the wagon bender, and quarter-life-crisising like a motherfucker. This year was an altogether much better experience - went for a nice lunch, suntanned on the roof of my old squat, and had fancy non-alcoholic mix-drinks with little umbrellas.
