    Anyway, about the organising:
    - make clear for yourself what exactly the issue is that is playing.
    - talk with your collegues on that topic.
    - bring forward your proposals on how to change the situation, be careful that this actually means something to your collegues, sounding too radical will not reach them.
    - link your proposals for change with the need for socialism.
    - fight until the end on this programmatical base and organise escallating actions: a letter to the boss, a partial strike, a complete strike, etc.

    I want workers to unit across cutural lies eventuly createing a kind of free( donations excepted) union run and lead by workers whose main purpsoe is for workers to help each other through simmalr situantion and eventuly point out grevances which they want to change.
