One last point: I don't like how you are calling me "Han-centric" simply because I explicitly oppose Mongol imperialism. I have no "Han-centric" views at all. I don't think the Asiatic nomads were just "primitive savages". Objectively I think over most of the last 1000 years (until the 19th C) they were militarily more advanced than the Han, but the Han was more economically and culturally advanced, which is a scientific and fair analysis. However, from a Marxist point of view there is certainly nothing to "admire" about the Mongol's militarist civilisation.

I'm a general pacifist (not absolute pacifist since I certainly don't believe there is anything wrong with using violence in a revolution), I believe violence is only a means to an end, and there is nothing intrinsically positive about violence at all. I'm an anti-militarist so I oppose the military-industrial complex in modern capitalism and the military-cavalry complex in ancient feudalism equally. I have nothing against Mongols or nomads in general. Indeed nomads weren't always more militaristic than the Han. The Tibetans were semi-nomadic but they were actually generally more peaceful than the Han. But I simply oppose all instances of feudal imperialism, as much as I oppose capitalist imperialism today. So for me there is little that is positive about the Mongols' militaristic civilisation.
